Join our 8-night Liveaboard UW photo dive trip on the Seaisee liveaboard , July 24 – August 1, 2026!
This rare route brings together two of Indonesia’s most spectacular regions. From Maratua’s remote atolls, manta cleaning stations, and swirling schools of barracuda to the dramatic walls of Bunaken in Manado, where turtles glide over endless coral gardens — it’s a breathtaking journey through some of the richest waters on Earth. Very few operators run this route, making it even more special.
What You Will See
On a Maratua to Manado liveaboard you’ll explore some of Indonesia’s most remote and vibrant reefs. Maratua Atoll delivers thrilling big-fish action with barracuda schools, reef sharks, turtles and powerful channel drifts. Nearby Sangalaki brings manta encounters, while Kakaban offers a magical jellyfish lake. Crossing the deep Celebes Sea, keep your eyes open for pelagics like dolphins, mobulas, tunas and the occasional hammerhead or pilot whales. Arriving in North Sulawesi, Bangka’s soft coral gardens and rare critters lead into Bunaken’s stunning walls, clear water and endless turtles. It’s the perfect blend of pelagic excitement and colorful reefs — only possible on a liveaboard adventure.

Meet Your Photography Trip Leader: Tiani Dun
Tiani Dun, an Australian underwater photographer and marine biologist (MS, James Cook University), will be your expert guide throughout the trip. She will lead a full photography workshop and provide personalized feedback through photo review sessions, ensuring individualized attention for photographers of all levels.
Tiani's passion for marine life began during her studies, but she quickly realized she preferred being behind the camera and underwater rather than in an office. As a PADI instructor, she has worked across Malaysia, Fiji, Thailand, and Australia, capturing the beauty of the ocean and educating others. When not diving, she mentors students, writes for ocean conservation initiatives, and lectures on marine biology.
Her specialty is macro photography, with a deep love for nudibranchs—her favorite conversation topic! Always up for fun, you’ll often find her practicing bubble rings on safety stops or snapping selfies with fellow divers. Tiani’s enthusiasm for underwater photography and conservation makes this trip an incredible learning experience, blending creativity, science, and adventure.
